Please note that consular posts may take up to 10 business days to process the application once it has been completed, verified for accuracy, and submitted to the respective consular post for their analysis.
If your travel date is approaching and you have not yet received your visa, we recommend the following steps:
We strongly advise applying for your eVisa two months before your planned travel to Brazil. This timeframe provides sufficient leeway to complete and/or rectify your visa application if necessary.
In case of losing your eVisa, you can easily reprint it by accessing the online website or checking your email.
However, we recommend taking the following precautions:
Providing an incorrect email address prevents you from receiving a login link and an autogenerated password. Consequently, your data will not be accurately recorded, and you will need to reapply.
If you are not receiving emails related to your eVisa, despite providing the correct email address during the application process, how should you proceed? To address this issue, please contact one of our staff members by clicking here.
